There was a young man so kind

There was a young man so kind
He left his possessions behind
When along came a cat
At the drop of a hat
And robbed the poor man blind

Dodger Dodger oh where can you be

Dodger Dodger oh where can you be
I’m travelling on busses completely free
Going here, going there, it’s funny you see
I’ve even become a celebrity on T.V.
I’m getting well fed, breakfast and tea
Yet i’m only a cat that loves travelling you see
So listen all cats if you want to be me
Jump on the next bus and enjoy life for free

Owner suprised to find cat regularly catches bus

A pet cat named Dodger is living up to his name - by catching free bus trips from his home town.

Artful Dodger from Oliver Twist, has taken to hopping on and off the public transport at the bus station near his home in Bridport, Dorset. The 15-year-old Tom even sits on bemused passengers' laps and has been known to make mile round trips from Bridport to Charmouth.

The ginger moggy, who was named after the Artful Dodger from Oliver Twist, has taken to hopping on and off the public transport at the bus station near his home.
The 15-year-old Tom even sits on bemused passengers' laps as the bus makes up to 10 mile round trips from Bridport to Charmouth in Dorset.
Dodger is such a regular customer that some of the drivers take tins of cat food to work with them to give to him. They even know what stop to let him off at.
At the end of his journies the roving moggy returns to his home and owner Fee Jeanes.
Mrs Jeanes, 44, believes Dodger first took a liking to the buses as they are warm like greenhouses when the sun is on them.
But the adventurous pet has since ended up being taken for several rides.
Mrs Jeanes, 44, said: "We moved here 19 months ago and our house backs onto the bus station.
"He is an old boy and is very friendly. At first Dodger kept going to the bus station because people there fed him tit-bits and scraps of food.
"But then he started climbing on board the buses because they are almost like greenhouses when it is sunny.
"Then last week I found out he had travelled to Charmouth and back, which is a 10 mile round trip.
"I hadn't seen him all morning until my daughter Emily told me one of her friends had just seen him on the bus at Charmouth.
"I couldn't believe it and panicked. I got into my car to go off and look for him and then at that moment the bus pulled up near our house and low and behold he got off.
"He had fallen asleep on board and nobody knew about it. When the driver realised he knew who Dodger was and where he lived and kept him on board.
"That afternoon I saw Dodger climb on board another bus and I rushed to tell the driver.
"I was shocked when she told me Dodger was always on there and liked to sit on the seats because they are warm from where people have been sitting.
"The drivers buy cat food for him and he sits on people's laps.
"Sometimes he just sits in the middle of the road and waits for the bus to turn up before he gets on."
Dodger is familiar to regular bus passengers and drivers, but Mrs Jeanes still receives several calls a week asking if she has lost a ginger cat.
A spokesman for bus firm First said they didn't mind Dodger on their buses but didn't actively encourage him.
He said: "The drivers have been asked not to feed it because we recognise that cat has an owner and we do not want to discourage it from returning home for food and shelter, but in principle we do not have a problem with it being around the bus station.
"Given this cat is elderly we suspect it would be eligible for free travel, perhaps a bus puss, if such a thing existed."

Mr Wicks And His Dancing Chicks

Mr Wicks was a fine old fellow,
Who liked to act real funny?
While playing a tune on his cello,
And making lots of money.

When all of a sudden he met these chicks,
Who liked to dance and sing?
Along with doing some fancy tricks,
While wearing lots of bling.

With a hip hop here and a hip hop there,
They made an almighty team,
Which made their audience without fear?
All want to laugh and scream.

For they had magic on their side,
To do the things they do,
By taking the Mickey with all their pride,
Out of people like me and you.

Until this day when up on stage,
One chick with a really big bum,
Slipped on something in furious rage,
And fell and broke her thumb.

"Aaaaaaahhhhhh". She shouted way out loud,
As the crowd they all laughed,
While pointing out their fingers proud,
At this chick who was being daft.

"Oh no, oh no". She started to cry.
"Why's this happening to me".
She blurted out without a lie,
Then passed out dead you see.

"Ha, ha, ha, you silly sod,
Don't you go to sleep?
Get up now and do your job,
You stupid little creep".

Said Mr Wicks the fine old fellow,
Keeping the act alive,
While playing a tune on his cello,
So they could all survive.

Then with that came something new,
A gnome on stilts so high,
To do the things he had to do,
So their audience wouldn't die.

While all the other little chicks,
Jumped around their friend,
To waken her up with magic tricks,
While counting from one to ten.

"A hey diddle, diddle, a cat on a fiddle".
Sung Mr Wicks the fool,
"A crazy baboon stuck in the middle,
And an ant with shades so cool.

A monster to be, a dragon to see,
With many a wasp in a ring,
A cat with a dog and a stupid green frog".
Is what Mr Wicks did sing.

Making ones laugh with his hideous rhymes,
Flowing to the beat of his tune,
Along with the chicks dancing at times,
And a horse playing the bassoon.

Then all of a sudden at the end of the night,
They all got a big cheer,
For all those things that went wrong,
To boost their new career.

In comedy and in magic rhymes,
For all the world to see,
Because Mr Wicks he seen the signs,
Through disasters that came for free.

Master Rat And The Furious Cat

Master Rat was a tidy chap,
Who never did anything wrong,
Until his neighbour got a cat,
Who seemed to be ten foot long?

With big sharp claws and scruffy hair,
That seemed to be knotted on back,
Which gave him one, hell of a scare?
When pouncing on first attack.

But Master Rat he was too quick,
For this big bundle of fur,
He knew what to do with a magic trick,
And he knew what would occur.

When running over a garden rack,
That was lying on the grass,
Which popped up with a great big smack?
And hit him oh so class.

Right between the eyes it did,
To show who now was daft,
As Master Rat now run and hid,
And let out one big laugh.

"Ha, ha, ha, suites you right,
You stupid big ugly fool,
That’s what you get when you fight,
With someone who is cool".<= /span>

"What did you say you little brat,
Because I’ll have you one day,
And when I do I’ll laugh at that,
Oh yes I will, I say".

"I don't think so as you’re not smart,<= /p>
You stupid little cat,
And when you do now make your mark,
I'll beat you with a bat".

Then with that the cat got up,
And ran as fast as can be,
Across the garden past a hut,
And got hit by a lump of tree.

"Now take that you stupid fool,
For I have somewhere to go,
That’s more exciting and more cool,=
I hope you really know".

So with that Rat disappeared,
Without a single trace,
Which I know sounds really weird,
Back to his own home place.

There was a young gerbil with paws,

There was a young gerbil with paws,
Who liked to give out an applause,
To a special cat,
With cricket bat,
And very, very sharp claws.
